We are committed to accommodating the needs of patrons with hearing impairments. To make ticket purchasing effortless, individuals can call our dedicated phone line or use the New York Relay service for assistance. Getting around our venue should never be a challenge. That’s why we have paved and crushed gravel walking paths, ensuring smooth passage from the parking lots to the main gate. All walkways within the Handicap Parking Lot and on the grounds of Bethel Woods are designed to be accessible. Our friendly Guest Services personnel are available along these walkways to offer assistance whenever needed.

Accessible Transportation Services: Aiding Your Journey

For patrons requiring transportation assistance, we provide a shuttle service starting 1½ hours before showtime. This service is exclusive to individuals with disabilities and their companions and runs from the designated Handicap Transport Tent to the lower house-right concession plaza near the main Pavilion stage. We kindly request that this service be reserved for those who truly require it, allowing us to provide the necessary assistance effectively.

Temporary Wheelchair Use: Ensuring Comfort and Convenience

We understand that some patrons may require temporary wheelchair use during their visit. To cater to these needs, we have a limited number of wheelchairs available. Simply visit the Handicap Transport Depot Tent, located in the lower house-right concession plaza near the main Pavilion stage, and our Guest Services team will be more than happy to assist you.

Restrooms: Accessibility for All

We believe that everyone should have access to clean and convenient restroom facilities. That’s why we have specially adapted restrooms for guests who use wheelchairs. Rest assured, all concession plaza restrooms are fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.

Medical Aid: Your Well-being Matters

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. In the event of any medical concerns, our onsite Medical Station is located in the Festival Plaza concession building near the Great Lawn. Our dedicated medical staff can also be reached by contacting any Bethel Woods employee, including Guest Services, Security, or Custodial Staff, from any location within the venue.
